1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern your use of the website www.skinnalia.com, the Telegram Mini App, the Web App and related services (together, the "Service") provided by MANAGEMENT FINANCE VALUE RESEARCH S.R.L.("Skinnalia", "we"), Via dei Mille 16, 80121 Naples, Italy, VAT/Tax ID 10651331216.
By using the Service you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Service.
2. Service description
- Free AI-powered qualitative skin consultation("light analysis") from a face photo.
- Advanced Pro analysis with score, biological skin age and measurable goals. Included in treatments.
- Treatments: cosmetic product kits formulated for your goal, shipped to your home, with predefined durations (4-12 weeks).
- Skinnalia Monitor: weekly subscription (€2.90/wk before discounts) granting periodic advanced analysis + personalized advice. No products shipped.
- AI consultant in the Telegram bot for continuous support during the cycle.
AI-generated content is purely informational and cosmetic. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For skin health concerns always consult a licensed dermatologist.
3. Registration
Using the Service requires an account, created via Telegram, Google or magic-link email. You're responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Minimum age: 16.
4. Prices and payments
Prices on the catalog are VAT-inclusive. Shipping is free over €100; below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.. Skinnalia never receives full card numbers. Monitor subscriptions auto-renew every 7 days. Cancel anytime from the customer portal accessible under "Profile".
Discount codes and referrals follow the rules disclosed at checkout. Currency conversion is indicative; charges are made in EUR.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Cosmetic products are sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Art. 59(e) Italian Consumer Code). Once the seal is opened, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply.
For unopened products and for Monitor subscriptions, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by emailingcorporate@skinnalia.com.
For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery: we'll arrange replacement or full refund.
6. Shipping
We ship to: Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, San Marino, Austria. Average delivery: 2-5 business days from order confirmation.
7. Referral / creator program
Skinnalia runs a referral program with unique creator slugs. When a customer purchases citing a valid creator, a discount is applied to the treatment price per program rules. Creators earn a separate commission governed by an individual agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, copy, design, source code, editorial content and AI prompts of Skinnalia are MFVR's exclusive property. Reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited without our written consent, except for personal non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skinnalia is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profit, data or goodwill. Total liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.
Skinnalia does not guarantee specific results from recommended routines: skin reactions are subjective. In case of irritation or allergic reaction, stop use and consult a doctor.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, service abuse or improper use. You can close your account at any time by emailing corporate@skinnalia.com.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the consumer's forum applies (Art. 66-bis Italian Consumer Code). For B2B disputes, the Court of Napleshas exclusive jurisdiction.

EU consumers can use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
